We offer to your attention the following scheme of work with the projects.
As a rule the process is divided in two steps:
-Preliminary stage
-Construction and installation works
The preliminary stage includes the elaboration of conceptual design (MASTER-PLAN) and the research of project viability (BUSINESS PLAN). Further work will aim the optimization of the project and investment by defining the size and capacity of the park, selection of the equipment, internal elements and services, according to the current situation of the market.
For example a too small project, which is unable to respond to the market necessities, will leave a niche on the market, which could be occupied by the competitors. Competitors will base their plans on the already existing experience and will have one more substantial advantage – newness.
On the other hand, if the park is too big and under given circumstances of the market will be underperformed, the investment will prove unprofitable or oversized.
That is why the research of the market, of the people traditions/ habits could diminish the risk of the future investment and at the same time to provide to the investor the viability of the project.
Besides, by offering the client the elaboration of the preliminary project for a certain price, we can determine how serious are the intentions of the client. This amount includes the calculation of necessary investment, exploitation costs, incomes and correspondingly the terms of return of investments of the project in which you are ready to invest 1,5, 10,20 or 100 million EUR.
In the contract will also be indicated, that in case of realization of the project and ordering the equipments, attractions, constructing-assembling works and management, the amount spent on preliminary project will be returned or included in the final cost.
The second stage includes all the architecture works (if there are any), engineering, sizing of swimming-polls tanks, attractions, hydraulic systems and the construction-assembling works.
Usually, if the project takes place out of Europe, we offer to our clients instead of construction-assembling works, the supervision of construction-assembling works, i.e. in order to diminish the costs of construction we sent our engineers and technicians on the object and the client provides a labour force.
When the works are finished, we make an engineering set up of all equipment installed, trial run and start up. Usually the engineering set up and trial run of the equipment before putting into operation last 2-3 weeks. During this term our engineers work with the stuff of the water-park. This period serves as a preparing course for the stuff. Besides this, if necessary, we organize the special courses for technical stuff as well as for stewards and managers.
As you can see the gamut of our services permits the realization of the turn-key projects. This, of course, does not exclude the possibility of offering just some of the aforementioned services separately. It depends of the projects and the wishes of the client.
